By accessing or using the Site, scanning a Promotion QR code, or submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Official Rules and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site and the Promotion are intended only for legal residents of the State of California who are 18 years of age or older. The Site is not directed to children. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The Sweepstakes

Your participation in the “Scratch & Win” Sweepstakes is governed by the Official Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules with respect to the Promotion, the Official Rules control. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free online entry method is available as described in the Official Rules.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or enter using any identity other than your own;
• Use any robot, script, macro, or other automated means to access the Site or submit entries;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its systems;
• Circumvent the one-entry-per-person limit or any security or entry-validation measure;
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with another party’s use.

5. Information You Provide

To enter, you must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number and confirm your eligibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Information collected through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Notice. We do not send SMS/text messages as part of this Promotion, and we do not sell or share your information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — including the Fire Wings name, logo, the rooster-and-flame mark, text, graphics, photography, and design — are owned by or licensed to Fire Wings and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without prior written permission, except as necessary to participate in the Promotion.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire Wings, KeenDigital, and their respective affiliates and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
